Pakistan on Saturday violated ceasefire in the Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir along the Line of Control (LoC).

The shelling started from the Pakistan side around 8 PM, the Army sources said.

There has been no casualty or damage on the Indian side.

The Indian Army replied befittingly to the unprovoked shelling by Pakistan.

Reportedly, the heavy shelling targetted the villages of Digwar and Malti along the Indian border.
